magnus 0 Posted March 3, 2009 Posted March 3, 2009 When I send an email from my Motorola Q phone to Evernote I receive this message:Evernote was unable to submit your note for the following reason:Emailed note was received, but was rejected due to problems with the note itself. It works OK sending from the desktop Outlook.
engberg 89 Posted March 3, 2009 Posted March 3, 2009 That usually means that the format of the email we received was unusable for some reason. If you just type a simple text message into that mail client from scratch and send it, does it fail? Or does it only fail if you forward an existing email, or send some sort of attachment?
magnus 0 Posted March 3, 2009 Author Posted March 3, 2009 It worked when I composed a simple text only email. But it seems to fail on most messages I forward.
engberg 89 Posted March 3, 2009 Posted March 3, 2009 I took a look at one of the failed forwarded email, and the formatting of the message was somewhat broken from an Internet standards perspective. The content of the forwarded email wasn't in the body of the email. Instead, the email was empty and there was an "attachment" with no file type information. I think that the mail client is composing the email in a way that's not generally usable.
