Mario Marceau 0
Hello, Do applications owned by Evernote Corporation, like Skitch, Penultimate, Evernote Web Clipper, Evernote Food, etc., have the same Terms of Service that Evernote itself has, or are they functioning using individual Terms of Service as defined by third party applications like, for instance, KustomNote (which does not belong to Evernote Corporation)? I ask because (believe it or not) I read ALL of the Terms of Service from Evernote but didn't see anything that clarifies this. The definitive answer (which I hope will be provided by an Evernote staff) will undoubtedly influence my decision regarding the use of any other app than Evernote itself. Best Regards. Mario Marceau 0
I would appreciate that someone from the Evernote team provide an answer. I posted this question July 22, 2013. Still no answer. I'm not throwing you a hot potato here, I just want an answer! Link to comment
