Hi,

Everytime I copy the body on an email on Outlook to file in evernote I cannot sync my note.  I get this message:

This page contains the following errors:

error on line 1 at column 252: Namespace prefix o on p is not defined

Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.

HELP ! Please.

A strange error which sounds like a formatting problem. I can imagine that the Evernote support team would be interested in fixing this error. If you have the time, it would be great to contact support and let them know about this problem.

As a workaround, if you don't need to retain the formatting from the email, I suggest the following: Copy the text from Outlook, then open a plaintext editor (such as Notepad on Windows), paste the the text there, copy it again, and THEN paste it into Evernote. This should remove all the formatting and with it (hopefully) the source of the problem.
