(Archived) iPad App Did Not Sync

I'm trying to help my mom troubleshoot her notes issue. She took 6 hours of notes yesterday on her iPad and when she logs into Evernote online, she cannot find her notes from the meeting. She's used the app with no problems in the past. Has anyone else experienced this issue before?

Hi Jeremy:

Welcome to the forums. First go to the iPad and sync your Evernote account, icon in top right of the Evernote page on iPad. Now go to your Windows desktop Evernote application and click on the sync button, (top center) your notes will be on the desktop application when the sync stops.
