(Archived) Checklist Behavior

I have a premium account but have never been able to get support.  I am trying to emulate checklist behavior.  I know how to insert checkboxes in lists, but I want the act of checking a box to either strikethrough the item or delete it.  I would like a button or checkbox at the bottom to restore for lists like packing lists, etc.  Can this be done?  Thanks,
