Skitch can only "see" notes that you created using Skitch and on iOS can find PDFs that you have in our account. If you are on the Mac you can go into Evernote and select an image or existing PDF, right click and then select Open With and Skitch to have Skitch open up the specific file. Upon saving though you were generate a new note, or need to use the Drag Me tab to move the image/PDF back to the original note. Link to comment
