If you're using a desktop client, it sounds like it could be the database on your hard drive is munged. You should probably file a support ticket. (See my sig.) Link to comment

Trashed. Corrupt. Bad. Part of a drive can be corrupt, causing only one or two apps to not work correctly while others are ok. Link to comment
