hankf 0
I'm returning my work laptop to my company and would like to clean up all my files associated with Evernote on that computer. What's the best way to do that? I know I can log out, but I want to make sure there are no local files on that computer. thanks. Link to comment

Level 5* gazumped 10,340 Posted May 20, 2013 Level 5* Share Posted May 20, 2013 OK -exit Evernote completely go to ~Tools ~Options and check where your local files are stored (it'll tell you the path) go download Revo Uninstaller (and if you're nervous switch off wifi afterward) do a full bore uninstall on Evernote check that path to make sure it was nuked, and if not do extra nuking hand back your laptopIf you want to be extra cautious, there are a few apps that will do an allegedly military-grade clean of your hard drive so no data can be restored...
