(Archived) Reaching monthly upload max shortly into monthly cycle

The last two months, I have reached the monthly upload maximum within a few days of the monthly cycle refreshing. I am not aware of any extremely large files that I have been uploading during this period of time. Is there a way to determine if particular files are hogging the available monthly MBs for uploading or has anyone else experienced something similar and can offer suggestions. I have almost 20 days left and I've maxed out already and I prefer not to have to pay to add capacity.
