(Archived) Automatic prompting for tags on new notes

Is there a way to make the Evernote desktop client automatically prompt me to add tags whenever I add a new note?

Not currently, no.

However, you can find all of the notes that have no tags by searching for this:

-tag:*

You can Save that search into a Saved Search for re-use later if this is a common operation for you.
