tambo183 0
I am new to Evernote and consider myself fairly savvy when it comes to learning new technology. However, it just won't tag. In the desktop panel screen, if I click on "Click to tag" and type in a tag name - nothing happens. If I go through the "Note" and "Tag..." selection processes from the toolbar, select the correct tag(s), click "OK" - nothing happens. Am I missing something or is there a compatibility issue going on? (The "Evernote" icon displays as a "can't load JPG" icon in my toolbar which leads me to question compatibility...) Appreciate any assistance! Link to comment

tambo183 0
Yes, actually. I just tried to tag a note under my own notebook and didn't have any issue. Is there anyway around this? Link to comment
Level 5* jefito 5,588 Posted April 10, 2013 Level 5* Share Posted April 10, 2013 For normal shared notebooks, I think that the answer's no. With a Business account, things are different. See this post:http://discussion.evernote.com/topic/36938-guest-accounts-not-able-to-add-tags-to-shared-notebooks/ (heather is an Evernote employee). Link to comment
