Hi and welcome to the forums - I think your enquiry would be best addressed to the epim support team,  though diplomatically you might want to couch it in terms of "how can I export my data if I decide to leave..?"  If someone else here was an epim user,  you may get some tips,  but there is no specific add-in to handle transfers.  In fact from a quick Google search I found this post which indicates that epim and Evernote APIs don't play well together.

Epim does boast flexible export features however,  so you should be able to find a way to export your notes data to individual files so that it can be imported into Evernote.

Evernote however doesn't have a calendar option - yet..(there have been hints that some date functions will be available later this year).
