(Archived) Password requested every time Outlook adds note to Evernote

Since resetting my password, every time I use the "Add to Evernote 4" button in Outlook mail client, it requests my password. I have ticked "stay logged in for 1 week" button ion the web login page.

Hi Steve, The Outlook Clipper is depending on the Windows client for authentication. Can you verify that you are signed in to the windows client AND have the remember me checkbox ticked?

Thanks for that. It's working now, but I don't recall doing anything different. I appear to be logged into the Evernote client on my Windows machine (under the File menu, there is the option to sign out and my email address is ticked). But I take it that I do not need to be signed on to the Evernote page on the web?
