(Archived) So many synchronization errors!

Just this past week, before and after my latest updates, I am getting tons and tons of synchronization errors. My notes are now full of them, and entire notes are duplicated yet full of error messages. Help please! I used to really like this program, but now it is becoming a real headache. Advice please?
