(Archived) There is a title that auto-populates in every note I make on my phone - how can I stop it?

So every time I start a new note on my Android device it auto populates the title field with text from a task I had in another to do app a long time ago ("Send check to IRS by Friday") 

 

I just tried to uninstall and reinstall the Evernote app. Still doing it!

 

Is there a way for me to change this? Anybody else experience this?

Hi @veezato, it's easy.  Go to Settings/General Settings/Other Options/Auto-title and uncheck "Auto-title in notes".
