(Archived) Web Clipper For Firefox Problem

Windows 7, Firefox 19.0, Web Clipper 5.5

 

Until a couple of days ago, web clipper was working great.  Now when I try to clip something, I get the initial screen asking for name/pw (I don't have it remember credentials), then after it confirms identity, the loading indicator briefly appears and a blank box appears in the top right corner of my screen next to the clipper icon (screenshot attached)

 

What I have tried so far:

 

1.  Removal of Evernote, reinstall

2.  Removal of Evernote Web Clipper Extension, reinstall

 

Not sure what to do next, any suggestions?

 

(and sorry if this is a common issue and I have mised something very basic)

What are your cookie settings?

This typically happens when you don't allow third party cookies to be set. The Evernote clipper needs one to be set to use.

I would suggest an exception, rather than allowing all third party cookies.

That did the trick, thank you for your ultra quick response.  Odd thing is that I don't remember changing anything that would have altered by browser security settings, they have always been at permanent private browsing and the clipper worked until a few days ago.  Thanks again!
