Diana Wong 0 Posted March 5, 2013 Posted March 5, 2013 Hi, I changed my PW few days ago and I found the evernote in my smartphone was unable to synchronize with my evernote in pc. So then I reset my account info in the smartphone and the problem gone. By doing so I need to delete all my existing notes in the smartphone and synchronize the whole evernote again from the pc to the phone (which is very time consuming). May I know is there other way to solve it? Thanks
Rob Fisher 7 Posted March 5, 2013 Posted March 5, 2013 Be very careful Diana. I tried to sign out and sign back in again. Now I seem to have lost all the notes I made on my phone since the last sync. Can that be right? Ticket #16051-258932

Phil2656 17 Posted March 5, 2013 Posted March 5, 2013 HTC One S Me too I changed my password after earing the security issues and could not sync my Android after. I cleared all the data ( setting, APPS, Evernote, Clear data), then then all my notes were synchronized without any problem. It worked for me.
