(Archived) Suggestion: Actually Start recording when I hit the 'mic' button on the formatting bar.

I believe a microphone icon implies recording, so there should be no confirmation. When I click on the mic, the recording bar should pop down, and the recording should start AUTOMATICALLY. There are many times that I have opened the recording bar, but have forgotten to hit "record".
