(Archived) Evernote for Windows will not install after 'Extracting'

Hello,

I have been trying to install Evernote for Windows and it never gets past the 'Extracting' stage. It hangs and won't complete anything else. When I try to run it again, it says 'Another instance of the Evernote installer is already running' etc etc etc, then nothing else happens. I've ended the process through Task Manager and tried again, but to no avail.

This is my first time using Evernote, so this is not an update. I am running Windows 7, if that makes a difference. If you need more information to help, jusk ask.

That didn't originally work, but it took a few tries and is now sorting itself out. Thank you though!
