(Archived) Download Clipper without install

Is there a way to download the web clipper as a file without installing it, so i can copy to another computer and install there?

I am in the odd situation where my employer allows us to download, install and use Firefox, but the company internet proxy blocks access to mozilla.org, so we cannot directly download Firefox addins.

I am able to download many other Firefox addins as a file, but the Evernote web clipper only offers the option to "install".
