When notes are opened in a new window, it shows the note in white with lots of interface stuff around it in grey: notebooks, tags, sharing, info, various formatting options, insert.
I would like an option to make all of that stuff go away. Just a button in the top right corner of the white part of the display, where the note is. Click it and the grey fades out, all you have left is the note itself and the title.
Basically, I want to be able to use Evernote the same way I use the default Notes app on OS X. Clean, totally resizable windows that I can put anywhere, leave open for a long time in a corner of my screen.
This would seal the deal for me to totally replace Notes with Evernote in my workflow.
