Is it possible to add a pdf to a note and then in the PDF-document highlight text and add comments in the PDF document like I am able to in Mendeley? I couldnt find such feature but I hope its there somewhere I need to when I read clinical guidelines or articles... Link to comment

The native Evernote reader is exactly that: a reader with no editing options at all. On a desktop client you have the option to open the PDF in your own software and edit as required - subject to the security settings of the document. Link to comment
