(Archived) Evernote Premium- Conditions of use?

Hi! Would love to use Evernote premium in our School. The shared folder feature would be great. Does membership have to be paid per student, or can only the teacher own the Premium account?

Hi - you might want to search for sharing (and come to that, teaching) on the forums here to see previous posts. Short version: Evernote is good for one-to-many sharing, like you to students; not so good for interactive use because if a student alters his/ her page you won;t see the changes until the syncs have completed - student>server, and server>you; which can take 15/20 minutes. There's also a probability that at some stage you'll alter a page that someone else is in process of changing, which can lead to tears. Each student can have their own free Evernote account to record their individual experiences, you'll need a Premium account to share out and (maybe) allow editing. Everyone has their own space, and only you need to pay..
