I previously had the problem where Evernote was constantly freezing while saving until I changed to the version you posted here. Since I've upgraded to 5.0 the constant freezing has returned.
When I enter in new text to a note, then switch to another program (like Firefox) then try to swtich right back it's frozen.
If I stay in the program and I enter new text into a note, then try to switch to a different note, it freezes while saving.
Anytime I enter in text to a note, then try to change from that specific note, it freezes while saving.
