(Archived) Evernote web Clipper doesn't upload

My evernote web clipper isn't uploading unsaved clips to my Evernote. It's like there is a clog in uploading. I have fully upgraded both Firefox and Evernote and uninstalled and reinstalled the webclipper. Any suggestions for removing that unsaved data or fixing the web clipper?

- Check your options page for what setting you have on 'Send clips to'1) Evernote Web or 2) Desktop client.

I assume the options page is in Firefox(Mac), but where is it?

Webclipper version: latest (just downloaded and installed for first time for Firefox)

@Evernotequestion - 10.5.8 is no longer a supported OSX version. Updating may resolve your issues.

To get to the Firefox Web Clipper options:

1) Tools menu > Add ons

2) Extensions tab

Web Clipper works in Safari, but it seems to be malfunctioning in Firefox.

Attached are the two successive windows I get when invoking Web Clipper in Firefox.

The first is an EN sign in, which I get every time.

The second is a totally blank rectangle.

Suggestions?
