gorgeous-girl 1 Posted September 21, 2012 Share Posted September 21, 2012 Hi everyone,just started using EN a few weeks ago and thought it would be great to use quicktate too.I've signed up for a quicktate account but when I click the link on their website to link to my EN account I just get a blank web page.I also get a blank page when I click on thier 'contact us' link.Is anyone else having similar problems?I am worried that I just gave my credit card details to a company with a website that only half works!Thanks GG Link to comment

So it's doubtful it's a scam. Could be their website is currently down. Stuff like that does occasionally happen to even the best of companies.Interesting service. I'd never heard of it before. However, I would feel a bit uncomfortable with the fact that humans do the transcribing. I would not use this myself, b/c I would not want some things discussed (both in my personal & business life) intentionally exposed to an outsider. I'd guess there is some sort of non-disclosure the employees sign, but still... Link to comment
gorgeous-girl 1 Posted September 22, 2012 Author Share Posted September 22, 2012 I've had an email from tech support to say they are migrating servers and some links are not working at the mo (inc the EN one!)Glad I know the problem is web site based!I uploaded an mp3 last night and got a transcription super fast!Well done Quicktate!
