I am trying to figure out how I can record a meeting while handwriting notes. I can't type fast enough to keep up. any suggestions????

Hi - welcome to the Forum.

Use a third-party app that will run in the background to record the notes while you try to keep up, and after the meeting embed the captured audio file so you can fill in any blanks. Or check the Trunk for transcribing options, or look at LiveScribe pens (also in the Trunk) which will both write and record for you.
