(Archived) Is there any way to create one shared notebook ?

Hi,

I would like to use one shared notebook that it could be accessible and editable by my colleagues. We want to share notes from meetings in one notebook, so anyone could make a note or edit note in this notebook.

Is there any way to do it?

Yes...of course.

Right-click on the notebook and follow the instructions.

Yo enable others to modify though you must be a Premium user.

Really worth it too.

Hi. Welcome to the discussion forums!

As bernphys said, it is easy to do. I have some screenshots here (http://www.princeton.edu/~cmayo/evernote-notebook.html). You'll want to choose "share with individuals" if you want to give them the ability to modify content. This is an option only available to Premium users. Only the owner of the account with the shared notebook needs to be Premium. If you have any questions about the process, let us know!

Right click on the notebook you want to set as default

Select > Properties

Check > Make this my default notebook
