To get the ball rolling, here's a crazy-awesome drink my husband loves to serve to unsuspecting guests:

Bananas Foster Martini

2 oz vodka

1 oz banana liqueur

2 oz chocolate liqueur

1/2 banana

1 scoop vanilla ice cream

1 tsp cocoa powder

Combine all ingredients (except powdered cocoa) in a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into a cocktail glass.

Garnish with a dusting of powdered cocoa and caramel alcohol infused whipped cream, and serve.
