(Archived) HOWTO [Explorer]: Get clipper to work

Hi, Really new to Evernote and this is probably a very simple question but no matter where i look or try I can't see to easily get the 'clipper' tool to work on explorer? Can someone give me a simple explanation? Thanks - the 'drag this link to your tool bar' does not work?

The clipper for IE should be installed when you install the Evernote Windows client.

The bookmarklet link needs to be dragged to the bookmark toolbar.

Do you mean the icon at http://evernote.com/webclipper/ I am not sure where exactly to 'drag' it???? Tried to just move it up to top of page but no luck?
