(Archived) can non-prium members post notes into a premium notbook?

I want to to share an evernote gardening notebook with my family.

I want to make it so we can all post ideas into a central notebook. If I am a premium user will my fammily be-able to post to my notebook with there "non-premium" accounts? or do we all have to upgrade (less likely to happen)?

They can add notes, but there are things they can't do, like add tags that you have not already assigned.
