I have a kindle fire,and i have something need to write down

It's image,so i need handwritting, but i just find this function in the version for windows system

Is it real function in software for android?

I'm also looking for a handwriting notepad / note-taking application that integrates with Evernote for Android-- I see many of those types of applications listed on the Evernote Trunk page, but they're pretty much all for Apple/i devices.

Skitch is OK, but it does not flow a page for the times I need to make a long entry (meeting minutes, journaling, etc.)

Are there any companies that are partnering with Evernote for handwriting notepad applications that offer Android compatibility?
