(Archived) HELP: Evernote deleted a bunch of my notes

Hi All,

I happened to be searching for some notes that I sorely needed on my iPhone at work but could not find them. When I got home, I looked for them on my Mac client and could not find them. My heart skipped a beat. Finally I found them in the Trash folder.

Does anyone know if this is a bug? I have logged a case with Evernote.

I do recognize that I deleted some of the notes myself but the overwhelming majority of the notes were not deleted by me.

Please make sure you send activity logs with the case you send to us. We don't have any known issues around sporadic deleting. If there's any sort of issue there, we'll look into it immediately. I'll be on the look out for your case via support
