Is it possible to direct message to myEN someone's tweet in my timeline without publicly retweeting it?

I use ifttt.com extensively for moving tweets to EN. If I favorite a tweet, it goes to EN. ifttt.com is pretty simple to use.

Also, depending on your twitter client, you might just be able to email the tweet to your EN address.

I'm not comfortable giving a 3rd party access to my Evernote account for one year with permission to edit my notes.

Well, the whole point of the services is that it creates notes, so that makes sense. I suspect the rest is related and largely boilerplate but, I can see how not everyone would be comfortable.
