(Archived) sync os x 10.6 evernote with iPhone 4s

My problem seems so elementary, I wish I knew how to search through the forum without having to ask it.

I did it before, but pressing the sync button on my Mac version of evernote does not appear to be the way to sync evernote with my iPhone. I pressed something for syncing on my iphone, but that did nothing. I think I am supposed to go to my icloud version of evernote, but I can't find that either.

There is no way to sync Evernote directly between devices (like your Mac and iPhone).

All Evernote Clients/Devices sync to the Evernote cloud.

To sync your Mac, click on the "Sync" button in the top toolbar (two arrows in a circle)

To sync your iPhone:

1. Click on the "All Notes" button on the bottom of the screen
   
2. Click on the "Settings" button on the top of the screen
   
3. Click on "Synchronize now"
   

However, the iPhone should automatically sync every time you open the Evernote app.
