(Archived) "Conflicting modification" when adding a photo to note. ??

When i add a photo to a note that already has a photo...the existing photo gets 'copied', the new photo is placed and a "conflicting modification " note is given in the note.

What is this about and how do you avoid it?

Are you using any other client, such as the web, Mac or Windows client? If so, please search the board on conflicting notes.
