jerrybyers 0 Posted June 8, 2011 Share Posted June 8, 2011 Both my wife and I have Evernote accounts. I decided to send her a gift subscription. She received the email on her iPad. When she clicked on the link, it took her to a registration page. There was no place for her to login, since she already had an account. I told her to try it on my laptop. When she click on the link, it took her to the registration page, but it also had a sign in option. When she went to login in, it showed that I was logged in and that the gift subscription had already been redeemed. When I checked my account, it showed that my premium term had been credited another year. :? How do I get the extra year taken off my account and added to my wife's account? Link to comment
