I love Evernote! These would be cherries on top for me:

enhanced and more specific encryption abilities (protect entire notebook) or password protection on user-defined levels

subfolders (I use tags now but prefer a little more hierarchy)

handwriting ability (like Noteshelf or Note Taker HD (with it's ability to annotate PDFs and i'd add annotations on images too). For now I just use those and import into Evernote, but would be ideal to have it seamlessly included).

How about a separate sub-section ("board"?) in the Forum for Feature Requests/Suggestions?

Or have I missed finding it?

No -- just submit feature requests in the forum where they are most appropriate. They are read, though they may not get a direct response from Evernote staff.
