(Archived) mixture of typing and ink note

I created an ink note in the Windows client, and then on my Mac, I realized that I could type into the same note (albeit outside the ink note yellow-paper area). Now coming back to Windows, I can only see the typed text while the ink note itself is displayed as an icon that says Attachment.bin with a VLC media player logo (my default movie player). What do I need to do to display the content of the ink note?

It looks like the Mac client may have disrupted the note in some way. You can try removing the text to see if that fixes it. If not, you can get to the old version via our Note History feature. Our Support group can help you with that if you open an inquiry:
