I had the same problem, this is what EN tech support advised me to do:

Please empty your trash and sync again

-------------------------------------

I empty the trash and that solved my problem!, My EN Client syncs fine. I hope it works for you, too.

I am also getting the error message "sync failed due to unexpected behavior at client side".  there are so many posts about this, it is obvioiusly a common problem - so there should be an easy answer! but from the posts it seems that even submitting a support request doesn't help.

 

Emptying the trash, as suggested, did not work.  I'm using the free version, and work in shared files with someone who has premium version.  Get this message every time I sync, even tho it does seem to actually and accurately complete the sync.

 

anybody know what's going on with this?
