shimra 14 Posted May 23, 2008 Share Posted May 23, 2008 I upgraded from .582 to the new windows client today, .594, and the new version does not work on my Inspiron 600m XP PC. It loads and stays running for about twenty seconds or so, and after about twenty seconds, an hourglass Icon appears and and an "Evernote (not responding)" message appeared in the window title. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Evernote .594 and this still happened. I tried rebooting, and this still happened. One of these times, .594 froze my XP pc entirely and I had to reboot. I uninstalled .594 and reinstalled .582, (luckily, I am sloppy and didn't delete the uninstaller for .582.) .582 still works. My database size is fairly big, 2432 notes and 260 mb.I hope this can be resolved. Link to comment
