Missing edit button on photo upload but the other one has it like before. I need to annotate!!

This photo does not have the edit button and it's in the Same Note in the Notebook as the one that has the edit button.

Fix please. I want to have the option to edit Every photo.

Interesting. I never had a picture without the edit button yet, at least I didn't notice. There is a second option, for picture files from the Sketch feature. They can be reopened in Sketch instead of opening in annotation mode:

If you save the picture with the problem to the drive (outside of EN), then make a new note and attach the picture from the drive to that note, does it show the same issue ?

If yes, it needs a deeper dive. If no, I think something is wrong with that individual note / picture, but not in general.
