drvbonilla 0 Posted July 31 Share Posted July 31 Can anyone help me, I am unable to log in to Evernote web, and I don't have access to the two-step verification or the backup code, I have tried Evernote support since July 2 and every time I just get a generic email that is not helpful, any recommendations? Level 5* gazumped 12,078 Posted July 31 Level 5* Share Posted July 31 The generic email you receive is presumably asking you to restart the device / reinstall the app and send logs. Did you do all that and send a reply? If not Support won't assist. Link to comment
