Cannot access Web version (Chrome)

I cannot login to the Web Version of Evernote on multiple computers/laptops using Chrome or even Edge. I've cleared the cache and cookies, complete history, and still it just will not open. I only get the white page with the icons rolling in the middle. (See attached screenshot).
