Pichuuu 0 Posted May 20 Share Posted May 20 1 On my iPad's Safari browser, when I try to log into https://www.evernote.com/client/web?login=true, I get the message "Sorry, we’re having some trouble loading Evernote Web. Try reloading the page." However, I can log in without any issues using Chrome on my Windows 10 computer. How can I fix this problem on my iPad? 2 If someone no longer has access to their email but knows the email address and has forgotten their Evernote password, how can they recover their account using the "forgot password" option on the login page? 3 After logging into Evernote's contact support page at https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/requests, how do you log out? If you have access on a different device try checking how many are currently registered to your account. https://www.evernote.com/Devices.action The 'forgot password' link will send you a password reset email. If you do have access to that address, that's fine; if you don't - you need to contact Support. You don't need to log out of support - just close the page when you finish with it. Link to comment
