Automatic sync title in tekst base note links

Automatic sync title in Tekst bases note links, just like Tilte based note links, So if you change the Title in a linked note, the updated Title will be shown in the link. 

Works for Title based note links, but not from Tekst based note links

It should though stil be possible to control the Linktext from a link I you wish to do that.

This is the same way a Wiki link normally works
