PROBLEM

Trying to use drag and drop to upload/attach a commercially generated file (booking information) in the form of a PDF of less than 200kb.

Action is apparently successful but then get an error message as follows:

Unable to upload

One or more attachments could not be uploaded. A copy has been saved to your local file system.

Problem occurs with different PDFs.

Logging out and back in to EVERNOTE has not changed anything.
Attaching the same file to the same not via the ANDROID APP does work (problem is not with the PDFs?).

Any suggestions/ideas?

Hi.  Can you open the PDF on your system and re-save it,  or convert it to another file type? (ie export to DOCX or JPG?)  Normally I'd refer you to Support - we're mainly other users here - but they're being very slow.  https://help.evernote.com/hc/requests/new

PDF opens. Saving it changes nothing. Thanks for the sugestion, I could convert it but a PDF should be easy to enough to handle (Android has no issues and it has worked in the past). I have created a ticket for Support - let's see if anything comes back.

Hmmn.  There's a 10.79.3 version of Evernote around which is probably worth installing,  but if that doesn't help I can only suggest...  Support.

It ifixed it although atr the time I noticed the issue I had to wait for v 10.78.2 to install. None of the release notes for the later versions specifically mention PDFs so either the problem was local (unlikely as I tried pretty much everything I could) or it was fixed unintentionally, was fixed in passing or wasn't thought worthy of mention.

In any case thanks to everyone for the suggestions.

Current version is 10.96.  What fixes have you tried so far?

Thank you for responding.  I just updated and it took me to 10.96.5, which seems to have corrected the issue.  I thought that I had automatic updates turned on.
