Paul A. 649 Posted March 4 Share Posted March 4 Check your clipper extension version - after about six months of no updates they finally released a new clipper for Chrome version today (7.35) which added back the Gmail option for web clipping that had been missing for over six months. Maybe it'll fix your issue, too. Link to comment

Make sure Chrome is up-to-date (go to the About Chrome menu option to check) and quit and restart the browser? If that doesn't work I would remove the extension, restart the browser, then add the extension back. Maybe reboot the computer for good measure. If none of that works, support will want to know.
