Level 5 PinkElephant 8,773 Posted March 3 Level 5 Share Posted March 3 The forum is running on an independent platform. What is important is your status in the account information, and this seems OK. We see such reports from time to time, regarding the forum badge. You could try to log out of the forum, close the browser, delete the pages cookies, and then quit the browser. Because the old evernote account has been deleted (I created a new evernote account because the notes containing encrypted text in my old account were deleted but they were still searchable) Link to comment

But you see where you are: In the midst of confusion. Without knowing the details our payment accounts (those in the back office, where they process the subscriptions) seem to be linked with our userIDs. There deleting an account of data will likely NOT remove the account of payments. These need to be kept for years out of legal reasons. I would change the mail address of the new account to one that has not been used before. Or maybe because the muddle created is already quite deep create a new account from a new mail address. Or try to sort this out with support. Link to comment
