Subscribed to Professional via iTunes, but not reflected/upgraded in my evernote account.

Idea

Could anyone assist me on this? or anyone came across this issue? I've been subscribing to Personal package for about 2 years, and I just upgraded to Professional yesterday. Payment is done via itunes, it has been since 1 day since i've upgraded but my evernote account remains the same on Personal Package.

I’m having the same problem. ITunes payment has processed and shows Evernote Professional as current plan. However, Evernote on my iPhone and Mac shows Evernote Personal as my current plan. 
 

I logged out, power reset. Still same issue. 

Submitted a ticket to Evernote with receipt from iTunes. Got an Auto reply with some suggestions about logging out/in and contacting iTunes. Submitted a report to iTunes although the payment processed but maybe if they receive a lot it will put some visibility on it. 
 

Waiting on further reply from Evernote.
